- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, delivery location, and courier partner.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value, if applicable.
6. Packaging & Hygiene
- All products are securely packed with food-grade, leak-proof packaging.
- Oils, ghee, and liquid items are specially packed to prevent leakage.
- Strict hygiene and quality checks are followed during packing.
7. Order Tracking
- Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS / WhatsApp / email.
- Customers can track their orders using the courier partner’s tracking link.
8. Delivery Issues
- If the package is damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately.
- For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.
9. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please ensure accurate delivery details while placing the order.
