Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Prabha Foods, customer satisfaction and food safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict returns and cancellations policy.


1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing the order.

2. Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for food products once delivered.
  • This policy is in place to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

3. Replacement / Refund Eligibility

Replacements or refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged, leaked, or broken
  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, and invoice must be shared.
  • The product must be unused and in original packaging.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is from our side.

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or personal preference
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen events
  • Failure to accept delivery
