- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping may be available on request (subject to customs and charges).
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Local / Same State: 2–4 business days
- Other States (India): 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, location, and courier partner.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on minimum order value (if applicable).
5. Packaging & Safety
- All products are securely packed, sealed, and handled with care.
- Oils, ghee, and liquids are packed with leak-proof protection.
- Food safety and hygiene are strictly followed during packing.
6. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/WhatsApp/email.
- You can track your order using the courier partner’s website.
7. Delivery Issues
- If the package appears damaged, leaking, or tampered, please do not accept delivery and inform us immediately.
- For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
8. Address & Delivery Responsibility
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
- Prabha Foods is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
9. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, courier issues, or other events beyond our control.
